This brush sanding machine is used for surface polishing of solid wood, MDF board and wood-plastic board, especially for door and cabinet boards.

 

The use of brush rollers can solve the problem of sanding uneven surfaces.It can make flat plate workpieces and painted parts smoother and more rounded.  The main purpose is to sanding  the workpieces with irregular surfaces.The brush sanding machine can be equipped with suitable brush heads according to different surface of the board.

 

The brush sanding machine consists of two rows of oscillating brush discs, two rows of oscillating cross rollers, and two rows of brush rollers.It can complete the all-round polishing of the workpiece without any blind spots.
