Usually, multiple independent far-infrared heating tubes are used to divide the entire heating plate into several independent heating areas with controllable temperatures in both the longitudinal and transverse directions.The vacuum pump of the Vacuum Membrane Press is particularly important. Start the vacuum pump to quickly remove the air between the sheet and the mold. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the softened sheet is tightly pressed against the surface of the mold, perfectly replicating every detail of the mold.

The working principle of Vacuum Membrane Press is:

1. After covering the workpiece with the film, the infrared lamp tube inside the machine will heat the film, evenly heating it to a soft and malleable state.

2. After closing the machine cover, a closed space will be formed inside the machine. The vacuum pump will draw out the air in the cabin, creating a negative pressure. The film will adhere tightly to the workpiece.

3. When the heating system is turned off, the film naturally cools and sets on the surface of the workpiece, forming a firm coating layer that perfectly adheres to the contour of the workpiece.
