The Veneer Wide Belt Sander is a device designed for large-scale, high-efficiency, and high-precision surface treatment of veneer. It can sand veneer as thin as 0.1mm.

The most common configuration is R-R, and these two rollers are rubber rollers. The function of the first roller is to make the thickness of the wood veneer uniform and remove larger unevenness. The function of the second roller is to make the surface of the wood veneer smoother.
When sanding small-sized wood veneer, the huge frictional force of the sanding belt can easily knock the veneer off or cause it to slide on the countertop. Our Veneer Wide Belt Sander workbench is equipped with vacuum adsorption. The wood veneer is firmly adsorbed on the conveyor belt. No matter how the sanding belt is ground, the workpiece remains motionless. This ensures the absolute stability of sanding.

The dust-blowing system of the wood veneer sanding machine is particularly important. If the dust is not sucked away in time, it will accumulate between the sand belt and the wood veneer, not only blocking the sand belt but also causing secondary scratches and sand marks on the surface of the wood veneer due to the dust particles. Accumulated dust can cause uneven sanding and affect the accuracy of sanding thickness.
The Veneer Wide Belt Sander is also equipped with a Swing blowing air system. The function of the swing blower is that the compressed air flow strongly sweeps along the swing path on the inner side of the sand belt, blowing out the dust embedded between the sand grains, ensuring that the sand belt always operates smoothly. Compressed air also takes away part of the heat from the abrasive belt, effectively preventing the abrasive belt and the veneer from being damaged due to overheating.
