PUR Laminating Line is used to attach PVC, PP, PET film, decorative paper, thin wood veneer and other materials onto flat base material.The entire line is fully automated and connected, with a fast production rhythm and huge production capacity, which greatly reduces labor costs and labor intensity.
The entire workflow steps are as follows：
1. First, the panel enters the dust removal device through an automatic conveyor belt to thoroughly remove the dust and particles on the surface of the base material, ensuring that the veneer is free of dust.
2. After dust removal, the infrared heating box will heat the panel. The purpose of heating the panel is to make the film adhere better to the panel.
3. Gluing is particularly important. PUR glue is evenly applied to the panel through rollers, and the gluing rollers can precisely control the amount of glue.
4. Finally, the roller ensures that the film is evenly adhered to the panel.
There are three gluing rollers in PUR Laminating Line, including rubber rollers and rubber scraper steel rollers. They are heated by a heat transfer oil circulation system, which ensures stable heating and extends the service life of the rubber rollers. The rubber rollers are made of high-quality silicone rubber with a diameter of 240mm. It passes various strict flatness tests and adhesive uniformity tests, and is driven by an independent motor.
It adopts PUR hot melt adhesive, which is firmly bonded, heat-resistant,has good waterproof performance, does not bubble or delaminate.High-quality PUR Laminating Line can effectively solve problems such as bubbles, particles, and wavy patterns, achieving a mirror-like smooth effect, and are especially suitable for high-gloss and transparent films.
