Four Sides Profile Linear Sanding Machine

Moving towards Industry 4.0, starting with CNC Bean Saw

The stability of the CNC Bean Saw is the key to ensuring its long-term efficient and precise operation. Use materials with sufficient strength and rigidity, and ensure the stability of the foundation through reasonable welding and reinforcement processes.

The workbench has sufficient anti-deformation capacity and can bear heavy plates. The equipment is equipped with a large saw blade and a small saw blade. The small saw blade first cuts a shallow pre-cut line on the surface of the board. Then, the large saw blade cuts downward from the front. When sawing to the bottom of the board, since the decorative layer has been precisely cut in advance by the small saw blade, the impact generated by the main saw blade will not cause the board to crack, thus achieving a smooth and flat effect on both the upper and lower cut surfaces.

There are a large number of evenly distributed small holes on the workbench surface, and beneath these holes are connected to sealed air channels. When the CNC Bean Saw is in operation, compressed air is injected into the air passage and evenly and continuously ejected from all the small holes, forming an air cushion layer. The ejected air forms a thin air film between the heavy plate and the metal workbench surface. This layer of air film effectively "lifts" the board, eliminating the vast majority of frictional resistance and protecting the board.

The CNC Bean Saw software automatically performs optimization calculations based on the input part information, generates the cutting plan with the highest utilization rate, and optimizes the cutting path. Automated typesetting replaces the cumbersome process of manual line drawing by operators, and the plan is completed instantly. Meanwhile, the optimized cutting path also reduces the idle running time of the equipment.

For manufacturers with a wide variety of order types and different sizes, optimizing the layout system is an indispensable tool.
