The working principle of the water curtain filtration system is through the top water tank. Water flows over the board surface from top to bottom, forming a uniform and continuous water curtain fabric, which is the key interface for capturing paint mist. In the water tank, a paint coagulant needs to be added. It can make the paint mist captured by water lose its stickiness and condense into loose lumps that float on the water surface, making it easy to collect and remove.
The advantage of the Linear Spray Painting water curtain filtration system is that it has a very high removal efficiency for paint mist, usually reaching over 95%.
